The children of Goodmayes Primary School were studying the rainforest and its flora and fauna – so their science teacher thought it would be a great idea for them to meet some real rainforest residents. Snakey Sue has a variety of Boas, Boa Constrictors, Columbian Rainbow Boas and Brazilian Rainbow Boas so she took 5 along and gave a talk to the two main classes involved in the project and a chance to meet the snakes. She also gave a talk on snakes to the whole school at assembly. The two original classes then had to think of some interesting questions to put to Snakey Sue after break and they really did come up with some very good questions which brought up subjects we may never have covered.
