Beautiful Snake Poem written by Matilda Snowball

A Snakesperian Sonnet

You are the king of love that I do woo.

Oh, will you just give me one snakey kiss?

My heart shaped hood is my love gift to you;

I hope you like my strong romantic hiss.

I compliment you on your bright patterns,

Some of your scales are like a vampires cloak.

Your swirling gold rings are just like saturns,

I long to tame your eyes of deep brown oak.

I love your hood that is a warning sign,

Ferocious fangs that are as sharp as knives.

You are the king cobra, you are divine;

I live my love for us to share our lives.

You are the King, I hope to be your Queen

Because you are the handsomest snake seen.
